We purchased a new house built by BellaHOMES and it is beautiful. The attention to detail both in design and standards is excellent and BellaHOMES shows great pride in quality and customer service. This service did not end on purchase and we have been able to go back with any little query or request.
So when our daughter needed a small basement bathroom makeover and some structural issues sorting in her 1970’s bungalow, we asked BellaHOMES. Dino made sure that our design wishes were met exactly as we wanted and that the quality of the build was both functional, and beautiful. He also ensured that all the bits we couldn’t see were done right. We would always ask Dino from BellaHOMES for future work, both big and small.

We bought a house from them, newly built. We had looked at about 10 others by probably every other high-end builder in the area of Calgary (SW) we were considering and the standard of finish by Bella is far ahead of the others. Since then, Bella have been very helpful to us when we wanted to add some items and arranged things for us–the contractors they use have all been very prompt, polite and professional. I would certainly recommend them.

I bought a pre-existing newly built home from Bella and after a year have not been disappointed. Once we moved in Dino immediately took care of any concern we had and has been great to deal with. I highly recommend the company for their attention to detail, ease of working with and overall care. New neighbours of ours that watched the build mentioned it was the cleanest site they have ever seen, which doesn’t surprise me after living in the final product.

Dino from BellaHOMES is wonderful to work with. He pays the highest attention to detail, both in design and in workmanship resulting in a beautiful and functional home for us and a gorgeous basement bathroom makeover for our daughter. I hired Dino and Bella homes for my garage renovation. The finished product was well beyond my expectations, and on budget too. Anyone who steps in my garage is instantly jealous, and I have Dino to thank for it. Our Basement turned out great! The process, while never seamless, was so smooth we were never left questioning hiring Dino and his team. He kept an open dialogue with us throughout. we learned a lot through this, and hope that one day we can use Bella to build us our Dream Home.

We are difficult Europeans to satisfy when it comes to finish and design!

We like modern but not so modern (such as many infills) that we can see they would be painfully out of fashion within 5 – 10 years. Bella’s designs are not like that; they are what we’d call “classic” design and here we think is called “transitional”. So, very modern but with strong underlying classic basics.

The finish seems to us to be well ahead of competitors indeed sometimes we are now shocked at the finish in other houses for sale in the area.

Since purchase we have added some items and Bella have been prompt, helpful and professional in arranging them for us. Very impressed by this company.

Dino was a pleasure to work with and conducted himself in a professional manner. His attention to details can be seen in every aspect of the custom home he has built for us. His professional design and architecture team brought to life our dream home on paper and under Dino’s incredible experience he built a unique and one of a kind custom home for us.
